Made from high-carbon stainless steel, our hand-forged Butcher Knife has a pakka wood handle and a 7" blade. The forged blade is durable and sharp. Comfortably sized for any chef, the 4mm thickness is perfect for easy cutting through meats, vegetables, or whatever else needs dicing on your go-to chopping board. This knife gets the job done with the pakka wood handle for both grip and comfort.
Forged by hand with traditional techniques passed down through generations, no detail was left out. The Handmade Forged Chef Knife is crafted from high-carbon stainless steel using a very completed process. Production time is longer than that of an ordinary knife. Careful care must be taken along the way to guarantee its hardness and sharpness. The finish on these knives may not be smooth; however, their quality does not decrease for this reason!
Special Care For Your Handmade Forged Chef Knife
Keep your knife dry and clean by hand washing with warm soapy water. Never put it in the dishwasher, leave soaking or use abrasive sponges. To keep your carbon steel knife in tip-top shape, we recommend oiling it with a food-safe and neutral camellia or olive oil. This will act as armor to protect the blade from corrosion while also encouraging slow patination over time!
Please note that these knives will come pre-coated with some oil.
